2.Second step

You already have gems in your hand and need us to design and make them into jewelry. You can contact us to communicate and confirm your design and production requirements (production budget, design style, specific other requirements, etc.).

3.The Third step

Sf Express your gem to our company. After we receive the gem, the jewelry designer can design the hand-drawn effect drawing according to your needs and communicate with you repeatedly until the drawing is confirmed by you and then produced. No matter for what reason, the customer is not sure that the drawing is not made within 10 working days and needs to pay the basic design labor fee of 1000 yuan to get back the gem

4.The Fourth step

If you are worried that precious stones are too expensive for express delivery, you need to pay a deposit of 1000 yuan and provide detailed photos, sizes and videos of gemstones. We will start to provide design services for you and express gemstones will be made after the design is satisfied. For whatever reason, the customer is not sure within 10 working days that the drawing is not made and the deposit is not refundable

5.The Fifth step

If you don't have gems and just have a customized demand, you need to pay a deposit of 1000 yuan, we start to provide you with design services

6.Sixth step

Make jewelry works according to your drawings

7.Seventh step

After the work is completed, we will send you the photos and videos of the product, and give you the detailed parameters of the product and the fees you need to pay
